Having worked in leadership roles within academic medical centers and health systems over the past decade, we understand your unique challenges from an operational as well as cultural perspective. We can support you to harness digital health innovation and adoption that drives value into your healthcare system and solves high impact problems at scale.

Building a Culture of Innovation

We support healthcare providers to nurture creativity and new ideas by embedding design thinking principles and tools in your organization.

Technology Sourcing + Adoption

We source best in class, clinically-validated, market-tested digital health solutions and providers, and support the integration of new technologies.

Evaluation, Piloting + Validation

We provide an end-to-end testing and validation program, working with clinical and consumer champions to pilot new digital health solutions.

Our Digital Health Innovation Sprint takes you and your organization on a journey to reimagine how healthcare can be designed, delivered and experienced for the digital age. Whether you are a clinician, administrator, developer, designer – or simply have a great idea, the Digital Health Innovation Sprint will support you every step of the way to take a fresh perspective through the lens of design thinking and develop, test and validate digital health solutions that can deliver a positive impact to the people and communities you serve.

This half-day workshop brings together frontline clinicians and administrators to explore and identify high-impact problems across your health system, through the lens of design thinking.

Following reverse pitches of shortlisted problems by Subject Matter Experts, participants form multi-disciplinary teams and ideate potential solutions.

Teams will gain practical support and guidance from industry mentors, enjoy complimentary access to software APIs and hardware technologies, and participate in design thinking workshops.

Each team will pitch their proposed solution and business case to a panel of judges. Pitches will be evaluated across a range of criteria, including technical feasibility, impact of solution, customer experience, and commercial viability.

Selected solutions enter a 12-week acceleration program hosted by a local accelerator who will facilitate rapid prototyping of the solution and the development of a robust business case.

Testing and validation of the Minimum Viable Product will be championed by the Health System. By the conclusion of the pilot, there should be enough data and feedback to determine whether the solution is ready to scale and commercialize.
