Kei takes a people-first approach to solving problems for her clients in the digital health space. With a robust academic foundation in healthcare and human behavior, Kei has worked with non-profits, multinationals, academic institutions, and private sector clients to drive strategic growth at the forefront of digital innovation.

Her superpower is illuminating underlying human factors, harnessing the power of data analytics, and translating that information into strategic decision-making in CX, UX, and client success. Her favorite way to work is in multidisciplinary and diverse teams where different perspectives fuel creativity and innovation.

Kei was born in Peru, grew up in Japan, and has resided in the US since 1997. She holds an MPH from The George Washington University and a PhD from UNC-Chapel Hill. For over two decades, Kei has supported and volunteered for non-profits that aim to end violence against women and children. She lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with her husband and their two Frenchies.
